I want to thank GBM for hosting the event and to all the great people I met, it was nice to meet you all and talk shop! Thanks go out to WizKids who let me showcase the artwork I recently completed for their upcoming Ground Assault game and to Lucasfilm. Special thanks to Martin who couldn't make it but organised it for the most part (hope all is well with your wife and new baby) and to Sam, Keith (thanks for the piccies!), Phil and the other great folks that made up the GBM team, you all did a great job and made everyone feel so welcome. It was really good to touch base with Richard from Apple and to Jonathan from Adobe, we will keep in touch...

I will be holding a seminar at the Adobe CS3 event hosted by GBM Digital Technologies at the City of Manchester Stadium tomorrow...I should have let everyone know about it sooner, but if you are going along I look forward to seeing you there and answering any of your questions. I am going to be showing part of my workflow that involves Photoshop CS3 to the attendees and will be using my recent work for Lucasfilm and WizKidsGames as an example of the way I put my compositions together. Battle of Hoth...The Poster!
Here is a sneak preview of my latest work. It depicts the Battle of Hoth from The Empire Strikes Back. This is my first official Lucasfilm project, which has brought my love of drawing these characters into my work life. On this, the 30th Anniversary of Star Wars, I am over the moon (of Endor no doubt!)

Indy 4 excitement continues...
It's all go on the Indy front with news coming in from all sides of the internet...the first official photo has been released of Harrison Ford donning the fedora for the 1st time in the last 18 years! Things are really hotting up and as a true Indy fan, I am extremely excited! This is going to be one of those moments in film history that will blow people away! I want to wish everyone involved in the production all the best and as Steven Spielberg said on the first day of shooting "Break a leg"...
